By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following:
Participation
Participation is entirely voluntary.
You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing and may pause, rest, or stop participating at any time.
The breathing and relaxation practices offered during the event are gentle and suitable for most people.
Health Information
If you are pregnant, have a significant medical condition, or have concerns about participating in breathing exercises, please speak to the facilitator before the event.
If you have any of the following conditions, you should seek medical advice before participating:
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Serious cardiovascular conditions
Recent surgery
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Serious respiratory conditions
Severe mental health conditions where breathing practices may not be appropriate
You are encouraged to participate only to your own level of comfort.
Facilitator Authority
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or stop participation if an attendee appears unwell, intoxicated, or unable to participate safely.
Age Requirement
Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who remains responsible for their supervision.
Group Bookings
If purchasing tickets on behalf of others, you agree to share all event information and these Terms & Conditions with those attending.
Each attendee remains individually responsible for their own participation.
Photography & Media
Photographs or video may be taken during the event for future promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the possible use of your image in promotional materials, websites, or social media.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or video, please inform the organiser on arrival and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
Liability
Participation is undertaken voluntarily.
The organiser and facilitators accept no responsibility for injuries, losses, or adverse reactions arising from participation except where caused by proven negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive essential event communications including:

You may unsubscribe from any optional communications at any time.
Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled securely in accordance with UK GDPR and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a ticket transfer by contacting the organiser.
Alcohol and Drugs
Attendees must not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where participation may be unsafe.
