ABOUT THE FOUNDER

This isnt theory.

I teach it from lived experience.

I spent 23 years in the British Military, including 15 years in the "Specialist Military", leading small teams in some of the most dangerous and demanding environments on the planet.

I had to operate and lead under pressure where mistakes had real consequences. I was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for leadership and gallantry.

I saw what breaks people, and what actually rebuilds them.

Everything I had been taught was about pushing through.

That’s when I found breath training, the ancient technology of Inner Mastery practices.
