Health & Safety Disclaimer
You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing while engaging with the practices taught in the Course.
The Course may include breath training, movement, meditation, cold exposure, and other practices that influence your physical and mental state. These practices may not be suitable for everyone.
You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning if you have any health concerns.
Do not undertake breath-holds or cold exposure if you are pregnant, have a history of fainting or blackouts, cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, glaucoma, aneurysms, recent surgery or injury, or any condition that may be affected by these practices.
If you have a medical or mental health condition where professional guidance is recommended (including conditions affecting perception, stability, or awareness), you should seek advice before participating.
All practices should be undertaken in a safe environment (seated or lying down where appropriate), and never while driving, in water, operating machinery, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Cold exposure should be approached gradually and safely. Do not practise alone in uncontrolled environments such as open water. Begin conservatively and stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, numb, or distressed.
Stop any practice immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, or anything that feels unsafe.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
