Hosted by Thrival Instinct™
1. Booking & Acceptance
By booking a place on the Men’s Inner Mastery Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Retreat Agreement & Participation Terms.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through ThriveCart or BACS.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Thrival Instinct reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where participation is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or not aligned with the nature of the retreat experience.
2. Retreat Investment & Payment Options
The total retreat investment is £1,200 per person.
Payment options available:
Pay in full at time of booking
Two-payment option of £600
Where a payment plan is selected, all payments must be completed before the retreat start date.
Failure to complete payments may result in loss of your place without refund of monies already paid.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit
By booking your place, you acknowledge and agree that £400 of the total retreat investment constitutes a non-refundable booking deposit.
This deposit secures:
your retreat place
accommodation allocation
catering arrangements
venue reservation costs
and retreat preparation expenses.
This applies whether payment is made in full or via the payment plan option.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the limited capacity and immersive nature of the retreat, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation more than 60 days before the retreat start date:
Payments made above the £400 non-refundable deposit may be refunded at the organiser’s discretion.
Cancellation within 60 days of the retreat start date:
All payments are non-refundable.
If your place can be filled from a waiting list, Thrival Instinct may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or transfer to a future retreat.
We strongly recommend participants obtain appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
5. Retreat Cancellation or Changes by Organiser
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, venue issues, environmental conditions, or force majeure, participants will be offered either:
a transfer to a future retreat date
OR
a refund of monies paid.
Thrival Instinct accepts no responsibility for travel costs, accommodation outside the retreat, loss of earnings, or other personal expenses incurred.
